By purchasing sheet music from Shrub Creative, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

VIEW, PURCHASE and DOWNLOAD

• You may, free of charge, view, download or print the watermarked sample PDF linked in each item for study only.

• For rehearsal and performance, you must purchase a licenced PDF (digital file) by clicking the 'Add to cart' button for the item and completing the checkout process. The PDF will be instantly available for download from the completion page and from the 'Order is ready' email sent immediately to your billing email address.

• The download link for your purchased sheet music PDF will be valid for 24 hours only, so download it immediately! If the link expires before you have downloaded your purchased PDF, contact us for help.

• Print the PDF document onto A4 paper, double-sided, or onto A3 paper double-sided and folded into an A4 booklet, in colour or black. You are responsible for printing costs. See licencing information below.

• If you would prefer to buy printed paper copies, contact us for a quote.

REFUND POLICY

• Because we have no way to reclaim a PDF, all sales are final and there are no refunds. However, if you genuinely made a mistake or are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us. 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• We respect your privacy and will never sell your information.

COPYRIGHT and LICENCING

• Copyright information is detailed on the title page and back cover of the PDF.

• Your purchase licences you to print copies of the purchased PDF for the ensemble named in the checkout process and order confirmation email.

• You agree not to reproduce, alter, share, distribute, sell or exploit any portion of the purchased sheet music either electronically or in hard copy, other than printing copies for the licenced ensemble, without express written permission by us.

PERFORMANCE

• The licenced ensemble may perform the purchased music in accordance with APRA AMCOS or OneMusic licence agreements (or international equivalent).

• Please notify us of planned performances of our music so that we might promote, attend and/or document them for the Australian Music Centre.
